This beautiful and newly restored villa is located near Buggano in the hills between Florence and Lucca. Buggiano is about 4 km away, Lucca about 20 km away. It is an ideal holiday home for families and friends who want to combine relaxation and culture together or trips to the coast.

Here in the hills you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the area and a fantastic view over the surrounding hills from the house or from the private pool of the villa.

The property consists of a main house with three bedrooms and an annexe with two bedrooms.

In the main house there is a brand new, well equipped kitchen, dining and living area and the three further bedrooms - a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds - these two bedrooms share another bathroom with shower.

In the dependance there is a double bedroom with a double bed and a double bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms, both with shower. There is also a kitchen with dining and living area. All rooms are on the first floor of the house. The ground floor is not inhabited.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning - in the main house there is air conditioning in the bedrooms, in the annex in all rooms except the bathrooms.

The pool of the villa rounds off the sophisticated ambience and is private, and offers a wonderful view into the hilly landscape.
