The residence is located in the countryside near Ceglie Messapica, about 20 km from the beach and also not far from the town of Ostuni.
The property consist of 2 hectares on the hills and is very quiet and easy to reach.
The external area, with more than a hundred secular olive trees, is precisely taken care of and rich in a variety of flowers and evergreen plants.
The structure includes paved area and covered parking with automatic gate.
A wall delimits the boundaries of the whole property.
Guests at "Trulli di Charme" can enjoy a walk through the greenery in an uncontaminated nature which is very typical of the apulian countryside.
The swimming pool (15x8 meters that gradually reaches the maximum depth of 2 meters) has sun beds and a big gazebo with a sink and a barbecue
to organize delicious dinners having a wonderful view of the hills of Ceglie Messapica.
The position is strategic if you want to play golf as there are some golf clubs nearby.
