Villa Garda faces breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Garda and is surrounded by ancient olive trees and beautiful gardens. The brand new villa is set on a well-maintained 21 acre private estate which guarantees peace and tranquility and lets you fully enjoy the beauty of the lake it is situated in the proximity to popular places like Verona and Venice. Villa Garda offers luxury accommodation for full relaxation with friends and family. 

In the centre of the villa is the large living space uniting kitchen, dining and living room. The modern country kitchen is equipped with all amenities. The dining table is handmade from nutwood and seats 8 people. 

Each of the 3 bedrooms is unique: The four-poster bedroom, the olive bedroom made out of olive wood and the nature bedroom on the top floor. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, a power circuit breaker, windows with fly screens and black-out blinds. All bedrooms have lakeview.

Technical description of the villa:
The villa consists of 2 apartments, which are rented out exclusively together as one Villa.

Ground floor, Apartment 1: 1 open living room with kitchen, dining and living area, 2 bedrooms: 1 with double bed, one with 2 single beds which can be put together. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and seperate shower. Furhter more: 1 day toilet, 1 pantry, 1 lavatory, 1 wine cellar, access to terrace with whirlpool;

First floor Apartment 2: 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 small roof terrace for two.

Further up on the large property and completely seperated from the Villa, the owners of the place have their own second house. They are very nice and helpful persons, that respect the privacy of the guests, but are there if you need them. The unpaved and also seep driveway to the Villa is about 600 metres long and not recommendable for sportscars.

Villa Garda is one of the few luxury Villas at Lake Garda, which offers a fantastic atmosphere for an unforgettable stay. The atmosphere of this fantastic isolated so called "Klimahouse A" and the beautiful outside areas with swimmpond, whirlpool and Sauna is unique. The Villa can be highly recommended.
